How to do a lat pull down.. correctly!

Did you know this is actually a back (lat), not a shoulder exercise?!

This is one of the most INCORRECTLY performed exercises in the gym. Working the lats in a lat pull down requires correct shoulder placement. Without this your lats won’t be properly engaged and you’ll likely end up using your traps instead and then get a tight neck.
