- First we need to find out more about you! Each client has different goals, timeframes, mindsets and bodies. We need to understand what you want and where you want to be able to recommend the right package for you.
- To give you a snap shot, each client signs up with us for a minimum of 12 weeks. The reason for this is that experience has told us that it takes minimum 3 months to form a habit and create positive change.
- The overall price for the 12 weeks depends on how many times you want to train with us per week and also which level of trainer you would like to train you.
- We will be able to provide you with the amount of your investment for the 12 weeks after you have had a complimentary consultation with one of our trainers – so book in to get started!
The results you will achieve will depend on your goals. However you can rest assured that whether your goals be fat loss, strength, weight loss, muscle gain, increased flexibility, improved sleep, digestion, sustained energy etc you will experience a change.
When it comes to results, we cannot do the hard work for you. You will have to be the one who turns down junk food, prioritises your sleep and nutrition, and pushes yourself hard in the gym outside of your one on one sessions with your trainer.
But we will help you by taking the guesswork out of your training and nutrition by creating programs for you that are 100% personalised to you and your body.
Typically clients notice considerable energy shift, increase fitness and strength and improved digestion within the first few weeks of starting training with us. At the end of the first 12 weeks, we will sit down with you and review your progress and rediscuss your goals. Then we will make a plan for the next 12 weeks!
Every 4 to 6 weeks. We do this because this is the average time it takes your body to adapt to a program. A training program is only as good as the time it takes your body to adapt to it. Your trainer will constantly be monitoring your progress through your one on one sessions and weekly updates to ascertain when you’re ready for a new program.
