Welcome to Stronger, our unique modified strongman workout designed for everyone! Using a "you go, I go" method, you can train with a partner, friend, or someone from our community. This class features large compound movements to get your metabolism working and core exercises to ensure a strong workout.
Whether you’re just looking to have a fun workout while chatting with a friend, testing your date's strength on the first outing, or blowing off some steam with your partner, Stronger is the perfect fit. It’s also a great option if personal training is outside your budget but you still want attention to detail, with a group of coaches ready to support you.
Disclaimer: If it’s your first time, please arrive 15 minutes early for an introductory session that will cover the basics and help ensure you have a fantastic experience.
